A Super Maid, values your home and appreciates your business. For both the protection of our clients and our company please read the following terms and conditions.
A Super Maid, is a professional house cleaning service that is fully insured with $500,000 in general liability insurance for your protection.
All cleaning supplies and equipment are supplied by A Super Maid.
Our normal working hours are Monday through Friday. Saturday appointments are available for one time thorough cleanings.
Payment for cleaning services is due in full at time of service.
A Super Maid gladly accepts payment in the following forms:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancelled appointments. Once we take a reservation, we hold that time slot open for you and turn away other potential customers in order to ensure your timeframe.
$25 fee if canceled within 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Since cleaning is a very personalized and subjective service, we cannot offer refunds to customers. However, we want you to be 100% satisfied, that is why we offer a 24-hour guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your cleaning service for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will return to re-clean the area/areas you are dissatisfied with at no additional cost to you.
If you or anyone in your family gets a contagious illness, please be considerate of us and call to reschedule your cleaning after the illness is gone.
If you require extra services or additional cleaning on your scheduled cleaning day, please contact us 48 hours in advance so we may allow the extra time needed at your home and we can give you a quote for the additional services.
A Super Maid staff never requires tipping, but it is a powerful way to say thank you to your service provider. Remember your appreciation need not be monetary. A personal note from you expressing your appreciation for their service can mean a great deal.
